TRAINING & EDUCATION SERVICES

Cognesia run a number of training courses designed to help both new and experienced users to get the most out of our products.

Each course lasts for half a day and is run using the client’s own data whenever possible.  Courses can be run on client site or at Cognesia’s various offices. Trainees receive a certificate on completion and get unlimited access to Cognesia’s Client Services team should they require support thereafter.  The following half day courses are available:

1) Power User
Pre-requisites:  An understanding of web analytics principles
Target:  Users of Cognesia
Learn:  How to navigate the system, build dashboards and reports from templates, deploy and schedule reports and apply segmentation

2) Marketing Optimiser
Pre-requisites:  Power User course
Target:  Marketeers
Learn:  How to optimise campaign performance, make the most of segmentation and use web data to inform and drive marketing performance improvement

3) Site Optimiser
Pre-requisites:  Power User course
Target: Site Managers, Site Designers, Analysts
Learn: How to optimise website performance, set goals, reduce dropout rates and assess the impact of content, navigation, design and layout

4) Administrator
Pre-requisites: Courses 1 to 3
Target:  System Administrators
Learn:  How to manage multiple accounts and users and deploy consistent and timely reporting across an organisation

5) Integrator
Pre-requisites: An understanding of web analytics principles
Target:  Web Developers
Learn:  How to insert page tags and configure site and marketing tracking. How to automate the population of other systems with web data and integrate third party applications with Cognesia

6) Exlink Manager
Pre-requisites:  Courses 1 to 3
Target:  Analysts
Learn:  How to set up and deploy Excel based reporting for an organisation and automate the population of this with live web data
